At Arbor Terrace Prince William Commons, we cherish nothing more than our residents and the warm relationships we create with them and their families. Whenever our residents want to share something unique to them or contribute to our programs, we embrace it with open hearts.
One of our long-time residents, Mr. Dan Wiggins, held a special recipe for a “secret sauce,” dear to his heart. He’s been savoring all of our foods from our restaurant-style dining, and he wanted to contribute with a treasured recipe of his own! Mr. Wiggins had created and perfected this recipe many years ago and it’s been a family favorite ever since.
When he chatted with our Dining Director, Keshaun Winston, they immediately bonded over their shared love of delicious food. They also both believe that food not only nourishes and sustains people’s health, but making and sharing food together creates a wholesome, loving bond between people.
When Mr. Wiggins offered to share his secret sauce recipe with Keshaun and the entire Arbor family, both of them were so excited and they went to work! They spent hours in the kitchen, mixing fine ingredients, stirring up goodness, and enjoying many laughs and stories together.
