This move in life is never easy. 5 stars revolves around constant communication. The communication with the patient can be challenging but the Vantage still pull the resident into the process, as well as family. That is the only way it is successful.

We visited The Vantage while working to help a family member locate a place to live. Hailey is working with us. She’s just exceptional—so warm and professional and informative. We are still in the process with our family member, and Hailey has kept in touch with us on an ongoing basis. We were very impressed with our onsite visit to The Vantage. The facility was very nice and we encountered many residents who seemed very happy to be there.

My mother went into Memory Care in May 2024 and has had a great experience here. The director, Patricia, is always ready to help. She greets my mother and me with a big smile Nurse Selina is so important. I don't know what I would do without her. She has guided me and included me in decision making. Gwen, activities director, is the right person for the job. I think it's a calling! All of the staff (Christian!) are so friendly and helpful. They are so loving to my mother. I highly recommend The Vantage at Cityview. Every day I am happy that my mother is in their care.

We had a meeting with Nellie Cabeen on Monday. The purpose of our meeting was to learn more about the Vantage for possible placement of a dear friend in the assisted living side of the Vantage. We were very impressed from the initial phone call to the on site visit . Nellie answered all our questions and gave us a thorough visit of all the amenities. The facility offers a wide range of activities and several levels of care. It is a lovely place to live.We left The Vantage feeling quite comfortable with choosing it for our dear friend. Nellie is an amazing first point of contact and shows a very caring spirit with great knowledge.

We had a really wonderful experience with The Vantage from start to finish as we were looking for a great new home for a family member. Our standards were very high and our circumstance were a bit tricky to navigate. The team at The Vantage supported us so well at every step. Additionally, the facilities are so nice and the residents all seem very well cared for, engaged and happy. I've stopped in a number of times unannounced and have always been pleased with the people and environment.
