Location
The Vantage is located in the upscale Cityview area of west Fort Worth and adjacent to LifeCare Hospital. Our superb location offers easy access to all of Fort Worth via the Ronald Reagan Memorial Highway (Interstate 20). We have plenty of free parking near our entrances for both guests and residents. Fort Worth weather is excellent, so between the beautiful weather, our proximity to outdoor activities, and excellent shopping, we consider our location ideal.
Facilities and Accommodations
When you arrive for your tour of our senior living community, you’ll step into our luxurious lobby and be greeted by one of our staff. A team member will discuss our facilities, explain the tour, answer any questions, and describe our many living options. We encourage you to talk with our residents for questions or insight into living at The Vantage.
Keeping residents active and engaged is key to wellness, so we provide plenty of opportunities for entertainment and diversions. As you tour, you’ll see meeting areas for activities or get-togethers, a media center, and our well-stocked library. You can also check out our spa and fitness center, salon, and swimming pool, which are available to all of our senior living community residents.
The Vantage at Cityview offers a variety of excellent living accommodations and suites. Our independent living areas have been designed with comfort and luxury in mind. We offer four independent living floor plans: two one-bedroom, one-bath; one one-bedroom, two-baths; and one two-bedrooms, two-baths with a spacious living room. All suites have kitchens, laundry hookups, and separate sitting areas.
Apartments for assisted living residents are spacious and comfortable. We offer two one-bath studio floor plans, each with space for a refrigerator and sink, or residents can choose a one-bedroom, one-bath floor plan with a living room and separate sitting area. Our dementia care units focus on safety and security, so open access and egress are restricted. Dementia care residents can select from a shared-space, one-bath companion suite, or a one-bedroom, one-bath apartment. Housekeeping and maintenance are included for all units.

Activities and Entertainment
We believe that a quality senior living community provides plenty of entertaining and engaging activities. While on your tour, depending on the schedule, you may be able to drop in on one of our seniors' group activities. Not only do we have regularly scheduled in-house entertainment, but we also plan outings to plays, music events, and shopping.

Great taste, proper nutrition, and fine dining are all part of staying healthy. That's why, at The Vantage, we pay special attention to meals. As part of your tour, we’ll invite you to join us in our elegant dining room to enjoy a meal prepared by our highly trained team of chefs.
When residents first arrive at The Vantage, they complete an individualized list of personal preferences and needs. We want to understand each resident's food preferences, any eating or dietary restrictions, and favorite or unique recipes. Our professional team then carefully plans meals with these preferences in mind.
The Vantage at Cityview’s award-winning Dining with Dignity program is specially designed for residents who may need some extra help eating. Meals for residents who have a dietary restriction or eating difficulties are carefully prepared and presented in small, bite-sized portions. Every meal for every resident is nutritionally balanced and served in a table and plate setting, allowing residents to dine with dignity and self-esteem.
