Hailey Herrington

Community Sales Director

Hailey is from the panhandle of Texas where she recently moved from Amarillo. Hailey is dedicated to serving and enriching the lives of seniors and strives to give her two small children an example of what a giving heart looks like. When Hailey isn't working she enjoys exploring Fort worth and taking her children for hikes and adventures.

Jessica Robledo

Hospitality Director

Jessica began her career at The Vantage in housekeeping, moving to front desk reception, and working her way up to Sales Coordinator. Her gumption is an asset to the entire community. Jessica has lived in Fort Worth most of her life, and when not working, she enjoys being active outdoors with her husband and two boys, playing sports or fishing.

Patricia Smith

Memory Care Director

Patricia's love for seniors started when she was 10 years old. She started volunteering as a candy striper at the same nursing home where her mother was the RN Charge Nurse. Patricia started working in the senior living field at 18 years old and 25 years later it still brings her the greatest joy. Being of service to others is her life’s calling!

Jolie Ilundu, LVN

Resident Care Director

Jolie began her professional journey into the senior living industry at the age of 18, a career path that has shaped her life in profound ways over the past nine years. As Resident Care Director, she is committed to enhancing the quality of life for seniors and creating heartfelt connections with the people she serves. She has not only witnessed the physical and emotional transformations of the seniors under her care but has also grown and evolved as an individual, gaining valuable life lessons and empathy along the way.

Clayton Hayworth

Engagement Director

Clayton is a dedicated fitness instructor turned engagement director who has been making a positive impact on the lives of residents at The Vantage at Cityview for more than 14 years. He says the residents are the reason he enjoys his work so much, and loves that he can help bring happiness to their days. Clayton was born in Ft. Worth, grew up in Granbury, Texas, and in his free time, enjoys spending time with his young son who shares his dad’s stubbornness.

Angie Cook

Assisted Living Dining Director

Angie began her career in senior living in high school as a CNA. After moving from North Dakota to Texas she followed her passion for cooking and attended the Art Institute of Dallas for Culinary Arts. Angie loves seeing the joy we can bring to residents through food. She is a proud mom of two precious kids; Texas and Dakota. When she isn't cooking delicious meals, Angie enjoys traveling and exploring new places.

Adam Williams

Executive Chef, Independent Living

Adam has more than 28 years of experience in the food industry, where he has served up delicious and nutritious fare in restaurants, hotels, and retirement communities. His mother’s homestyle cooking serves as his inspiration. Adam loves to bake desserts and throw parties for our residents.

Traci Lehmberg

Business Office Director

Traci brings more than 18 years of experience in business administration, accounting management, and human resources to The Vantage at Cityview—11 of those years serving the senior living industry. With a passion for promoting successful aging, she dedicates her time to business financial accounting, resident account management, and fostering meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members. She lives by the motto, “Every day is a bright day!”

Cristy Bingham

Housekeeping Director

Keeping our community beautiful is a form of art for Cristy Bingham, our housekeeping director. This amazing mother of 3 speaks multiple languages and ensures that our resident's apartments and daily living areas stay spotless. Cristy has worked in senior living for many years and is excited to call the Vantage at CityView home. In her free time, Cristy enjoys Cookouts, camping, movies, get-togethers.
