Eden Terrace of Spartanburg earned a perfect score from the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control’s recent surprise inspection.
The Eden Terrace kitchen received a 100% score and zero deficiencies were recorded in resident care, housekeeping, administration, activities and maintenance.
DHEC conducts these inspections each year on a date and time unknown to the community. If any violations had been found, the community would have been required to address them and prepare for a follow-up inspection.
It’s rare for a community to come through the inspection with 100% in every category. That’s something to celebrate!
