Our Assistant Executive Director Adam knows it’s all about people having that extra “sparkle.” He sees how much it means to our staff when they get to look after and spend time with our residents. Being able to hear their life’s stories, giving them hugs when they’re feeling down, laughing, and sometimes even crying with them is what creates that special bond between them.
