Executive Director
Lakia has a decade and a half of experience in nursing and has previously held the positions of LPN, Director of Nursing, Regional Health and Wellness Director, and Executive Director. Lakia has a passion for working with seniors because she believes in protecting those who are vulnerable and believes they deserve to live the best life possible. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Lakia is currently a resident of Delaware County. In her free time she enjoys traveling to tropical destinations and event planning.
Assistant Executive Director
Alexis brings six years of senior living experience to her role as Assistant Executive Director of Arbor Terrace Willistown. She holds a BS in therapeutic recreation from Temple University, and has previous experience as a director of engagement and business office director. Alexis strives to create meaningful connections with residents and their families every day. In her downtime, you'll find Alexis practicing yoga, traveling, or spending quality time with her loved ones and adorable cat, Twix.
Community Sales Director
Denise has extensive experience in skilled nursing in both a senior living setting and emergency care setting. She has more than 12 years of experience in the senior living industry and brings immeasurable knowledge to her role as a Community Sales Director. Denise loves working with seniors because she finds joy in making small differences in their lives every day. Outside of work, you can find Denise in the kitchen baking treats.
Engagement Director
Pilar has four years of experience in senior living engagement, starting as an associate and working her way up to director. She has a passion for working with seniors because they bring her joy and fulfillment, and enjoys seeing them living their best life in retirement. In her free time, Pilar enjoys traveling, reading, and visiting museums.
Maintenance Director
Glenn has worked as a maintenance director in senior living communities for nearly 30 years. He brings lots of energy, eagerness, and knowledge to his role, keeping the physical site of our community looking sharp while balancing all safety-related issues along the way. Glenn resides in Tinicum Township with his dog, Zoe, and cockatoo, Steely, enjoys photography, and is a huge Philadelphia sports fan.
