Each member of our team brings a heart for service, a passion for seniors, and the experience to create exceptional opportunities for our residents.

Meghan Windrem

Executive Director

A licensed Nursing Home Administrator with experience working with hospice and dementia care residents, she has led assisted living facilities since 2011. While working at a local long-term care facility as a social worker, she obtained her master’s degree in social work and her Nursing Home Administrator license. She resides in her hometown, Jackson, N.J., with her husband and two sons.

Jenna Geraghty Smith

Community Sales Director

Jenna Smith brings over 25 years of business development, sales and marketing experience to Arbor Terrace. She earned her real estate license in 2005, and loves to share her love of shore-home ownership with her clients, but her heart has always been in senior living. She couldn't be happier about her position at Arbor Terrace Shrewsbury.

Jenna moved from Jersey City to Brick Township with her husband Rich and three boys; Hudson, Cooper and Griffin. Passionate about the water, they own a boat hauling business and spend their free time out on the water.

Laura Milo

Community Sales Director

Laura has worked in the senior living industry for a decade, advocating for seniors and educating families. She holds a degree in Communications and Marketing from Saint Francis College in Brooklyn Heights, and her experience in advertising and market research is essential to her role as Community Sales Director. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, walking, and spending time with family and friends. Laura lives in Morganville with her husband and has three children. She and her entire family are huge Yankees fans!

Deborah Sullivan, BSN RN

Resident Care Director

Deborah is a Registered Nurse licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey and Florida. She received her Bachelor's in Nursing from Felician College in 2010. Prior to that Deborah earned her LPN and RN from Ocean Vocational School/Brookdale Community College. She has worked in various nursing fields such as Critical Care for Children/Acute Care/Subacute Care/Long Term Care & Assisted Living for the past 23 years. Deborah transitioned into leadership roles in various nursing and rehabilitation facilities, which she continue to do to this date. Deborah currently works as the Resident Care Director at Arbor Terrace of Shrewsbury, NJ.

Joann Smith

Memory Care Director

Joann received her LPN license at Monmouth County Vocational in 2009, and has been serving the seniors at Arbor Terrace Shrewsbury for more than a decade. She is passionate about caring for residents with dementia. A Shrewsbury resident for more than 35 years, Joann lives with her husband, Thomas and has three grown children, all working in the field of public service. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her extended family, all 20 of them, and going on family vacations.

Dena Dinsmore

Engagement Director

Dena joins Arbor Terrace of Shrewsbury with over 20 years of experience in senior living. She obtained her degree in gerontology and continues to expand her expertise by pursuing seminars and various educational opportunities. "I started off volunteering in a local nursing home with seniors working with the seniors," she explains. She lives in Jackson with her husband and daughter. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Chris Capozzi

Dining Director

Chris has been an integral part of the Arbor Terrace Shrewsbury team since 2016. As the Dining Director, he is a skilled chef, and as a resident of the Monmouth County area for two decades, he has a deep understanding of local fare and farm fresh ingredients specific to this region. In his spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with family and friends. His hobbies include photography and making homemade pasta.

James Cairns

Maintenance Director

James Cairns has over 5 years of senior care experience in environmental services and maintenance. He loves being part of a team that is dedicated to the care, comfort, and safety of all our residents, as well as the cleanliness of our community--James often refers to it as his “home away from home." In his off time, James likes to spend his time outdoors with his two daughters Veronica and Kaitlyn.
