These results were determined by anonymous surveys which analyzed more than 60 elements related to employee experience on the job. In 2023, Fortune added The Arbor Company to their list of 25 Best Large Workplaces in Aging Services in the Senior Housing and Care category. Their rankings are determined by data from more than 220,000 anonymous employee surveys submitted by those who work in varying roles of elder care communities. After analyzing the results, they determined that Arbor team members consistently feel their work makes them feel appreciated and valued.
