Jackie Fix

Executive Director

Jackie has worked in senior living for 15 years, serving in an Executive Director role for 12 of those years. She has found that her most important role is building a community network that provides opportunities and encourages residents to live their best lives. Jackie is dedicated to ensuring her team is equipped and engaged so they are able to provide outstanding service and meaningful experiences with residents and families. She is a Certified Assisted Living Administrator and a participating member of both the New Jersey Health Care Association and the Tri-County Ethics Committee. When she is not working, Jackie enjoys hiking, gardening, and visits with her grandchildren.

Danielle Schulz

Community Sales Director

Danielle graduated from Stockton University in New Jersey with her BA in literature. She began her healthcare career in skilled nursing as an administrative assistant, later becoming a director in sales. With 11 years of experience in healthcare, Danielle brings a passion for working with seniors and converting them from strangers to family. When not working, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends and rooting for the Philadelphia Eagles!

Ryan Champion

Community Sales Director

Ryan has worked in senior living for 17 years, in a range of roles and departments. He found his passion in sales and worked his way to becoming a Sales Director. He believes that there is no better feeling than helping a family find the care and support they need. In his spare time, you can find Ryan chasing around his toddler son, watching movies, and attending sporting events.

Chandra Dickerson Lundy

Resident Care Director

Chandra joined Arbor Terrace with 21 years of nursing experience and a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Management. Her background includes skilled nursing, subacute nursing, and infection control nursing. Chandra has a passion and commitment to bettering the lives of her residents and providing quality of care. In her spare time, She enjoys spending time with her husband and son, reading, and trying new things.

Alicia Rastelli

Engagement Director

Alicia joined the Arbor Company in 2019 with more than 15 years of personal and professional experience in dementia and behavioral healthcare. Her extensive experience in public speaking and her passion for quality training and education has uniquely prepared her for crafting engaging and informative presentations and workshops that meet the diverse needs of residents and staff alike. In addition, her background in the salon industry gave her a unique perspective on self-care, allowing her to create meaningful personal care opportunities that promote well-being and enhance the overall quality of life for residents. Alicia credits her mom's influence when it comes to event planning. "My mom has always emphasized the importance of meaningful details, making people feel individually loved and special. I try to channel her energy when I am planning the activity calendar and special events." In her free time, Alicia enjoys listening to audiobooks, painting, and spending quality time with her fiance.

Karl Horstmann

Dining Director

Karl brings 20 years of restaurant experience with him to Arbor Terrace Marlton. Starting his trade as a bus boy, Karl realized his passion for food and the love that comes along with it. Some of his happiest moments are those “breaking bread” with friends and loved ones. “I’m grateful to be able to provide such experiences to the residents at Arbor Terrace Marlton. In his downtime, Karl enjoys time with his family.

Nick Galanti

Maintenance Director

Nick Galanti brings over 20 years of experience in custom cabinetry and millwork where he learned the art of interior design. He maintained a private estate in Moorestown for six years where attention to detail, proper etiquette, and service standards were of the utmost importance. Nick was introduced to Senior Living as an Environmental Director several years ago and it was a natural fit. “I really enjoy working for the residents, it’s like having many Grandmoms and Grandpops all at once. ”When I am not caring for the property my son and I love taking the dogs for hikes especially at Valley Green in PA which I highly recommend if you have the opportunity to visit. Who knows, maybe I’ll see you there!

Alberta Wolf

Business Office Director

Alberta has a background in accounting, and has been working with seniors in various leadership roles for nearly thirty years. She cares deeply for Arbor Terrace Marlton residents and enjoys assisting them and their families with their business office needs. Alberta also welcomes new staff members by introducing them to the Arbor culture through onboarding, orientation, and ongoing training opportunities. In her free time, Alberta enjoys traveling, nature, and volunteering for local animal rescues, as well as dancing and going to musical performances. She is also a previous President of the Medford Woman’s Club!
