Arbor Terrace has been a blessing for our family! My dad has been a resident of Bridges since September. The staff is made up of caring people that take time to get to know their residents, most of them also call me by name and are very friendly. The facility is so clean and inviting to all!

My parents have just moved to Arbor Terrace within the past month. They had been in another facility for about 3 months and were miserable. We knew we needed to move them to their forever home. We revisited Arbor Terrace and we were so grateful the stars aligned for us to move them in. Since their arrival to AT; it has been the difference of night and day. We can't say anything bad about AT. This is the BEST facility we could have asked for. The staff have been AMAZING. My parents love AT and tell us daily how happy they are there. The food is spectacular...thank you Chef!! The Dining Staff are very patient and take care of their meal needs. The nursing and ancillary staff on every shift check on them and they are so happy with the assistance. The other residents have been very welcoming. The administration staff has been welcoming and supportive. The Receptionists all know the families and the residents. The Maintenance staff is so friendly and helpful. The Engagement Staff has been able to connect with all the residents' needs. The PT staff is very engaging with the residents. The Housekeeping staff is friendly and really maintains the beauty of the facility. The Hairstylist and salon has been a great help too! I hope I didn't leave anyone out. You have all been so helpful and make all of our family more comfortable with our choice. You are becoming a part of our family with all the care and support you are providing! Thank you Arbor Terrace...we are grateful!

Our Mom moved into Arbor Terrace Naperville in August 2024. She has had a wonderful experience living here. Staff is caring, friendly and works with mom to meet her individual needs. The facility is modern and clean. There are many activities planned that are enjoyable and engaging. She has made friends and likes socializing with them especially at meal times in the dining room. Our family has peace of mind knowingly she is happy and well cared for at Arbor Terrace.

My Mother is very happy at Arbor Naperville. When she presses her call button, someone responds very quickly. And with a smile! The food is excellent andd a tremendous value. Her only complaint is “They give me too much!” My family is no longer worried about our Mom. It’s great to visit and spend time with Mom instead of taking care of chores that she no longer could do herself. We also know that if she needs help any time of day, she doesn’t have to wait until one of us can get there. The staff are very responsive to any of our concerns. They are great and seem to care about the residents. The community seems to be well managed and is always bright, charming, and clean. The activities are great! There are so many for the residents to choose from every day. My Mother is thriving at Arbor Naperville. You should be very proud of the many wonderful people on staff here. I would give Arbor Naperville a 10 out of 5 stars if I could. They have gone above and beyond. They have a tremendous amount of patience. Thank you all for your kindness and the awesome care and support you provide our Mom.
