My mother stayed here after she was hospitalized. The Arbor Terrace team were true professionals, providing a warm, caring and clean environment for my mother. Unbeknown to them, my cousin was a retired cardiac head nurse for a major hospital in TX, and my son is a pharmacist. Both proclaimed this Arbor Terrace facility to be excellent and were impressed with their capabilities and activities. Bringing a loved one to assisted living is a hard choice to make, but the Arbor Terrace team made it as painless as possible. Highly recommended!

The staff is very caring, they always address any concerns in a timely manner. We for sure would recommend this community to other families, the staff have become like family to me. Arbor Terrace is a great place for your loved one to reside. My husband has dementia and after I could no longer take care of him, my daughters researched and visited a lot of places in the area before choosing Arbor Terrace. I moved from Miami with him and have not regretted my choice

My mom moved into Arbor Terrace 7 months ago. She is in the assisted living part with some assistance with showering and dressing. She is mobile with a walker. We have had such a positive experience. It is never easy to move into assisted living for the parent or the child, but Arbor Terrace and their staff have made the transition seamless and very pleasant. Darlene at the front desk is a joy. I'm not sure where AT gets their employees, but everyone from the person that cleans the rooms to the person that helps my mom shower are TOP NOTCH. So friendly and accommodating. They all have a personal relationship with my mom. Someone stops in to check on my mom several times a day - just to see if she needs anything. A SPECIAL SHOUT OUT to Chef Roy and his team in the Dining room/Kitchen!! These folks do an amazing job taking care of their residents. They all know my mom and know all her likes and dislikes. Her soda or wine arrive as soon as she sits down or even as she is walking in!! and they always know what to bring her for dessert. The food is excellent with great variety and freshness. Their soups are amazing! I eat lunch their every week with my mom and thoroughly enjoy it. Chef Roy usually stops by to say hello and the ladies are simply delightful. I can't say enough about Arbor Terrace. My mom is happy and feels safe and taken care of and I have complete peace of mind.
