Starting as a server then moving to resident care as a staffing coordinator, Dori's path led her to the role of Engagement Director, where she found her perfect fit. Her story is one of discovery, growth, and above all, love for the residents she serves. Dori’s enthusiasm for her work shines brightest when she talks about the residents of Arbor Terrace, from Personal Care to Independent Living, whose lives she touches daily. Knowing all approximately 160 residents by name, Dori’s commitment goes beyond her job duties; it’s a testament to her deep connection and genuine affection for the community.
