Our new Lead Concierge is Pamela Campbell! That was such a big position to be filled, we had to do a Spotlight on this amazing person. Pamela has been with Arbor for two years. She started off as a night shift concierge and then became our Infection Control Coordinator before being entrusted with this very important role. Let's get to know Pam a little better.
Pam is a proud single mother of two. Her son is a professional athlete and her daughter is a corrections officer. Pam has three amazing grandkids. She was born in Phenix City, AL, and raised in Columbus, GA. Pam worked for 23 years at a credit card processor known as Total System Services, starting out as a proof operator and finishing her career there as a senior project analyst. When her youngest went off to college in 2014, she decided to move to Hampton, GA to be near family and has been living there ever since. She loves spending time with her family, football, traveling, cooking, and doing puzzles. Random fun fact: Pam lived in Bamburg, Germany and worked at a chocolate factory in her younger days before she had children. Directors and residents agree that Pamela is one of the hardest working and super reliable associates we have! Lead Concierge is a big role in our community and we have no reservations that Pam will continue to rise to the occasion.
