Red, White & Pool was our July theme and the event was filled with lots of outdoor fun!
We had several games and activities for residents, family and friends to enjoy. From flag Jenga to a Pie in the face. A big thanks goes out to Messengers of Comfort for running the event, and their boss, Mr. Thompson, for graciously being the recipient of a pie to the face.In addition to games, we had a pool party and a delicious spread for the residents, friends, and family. Juicy grilled chicken, watermelon salad, strawberry shortcake, and firecracker popsicles were on the menu. Everything was delicious and sweet.
Messengers of Comfort were kind enough to help decorate and CNAs and the Engagement Team brought bubbles and beach balls for the pool.
As expected, a great time was had by all. We appreciate all the work the staff provided to create another amazing theme dinner event for the residents.
