Meet the Arbor Terrace Crabapple Team

Each member of our team brings a heart for service, a passion for seniors, and the experience to create exceptional opportunities for our residents.

Tricia Holloway, Executive Director

Tricia Holloway, MPA, NHA, SHRM-CP

Executive Director

Tricia was born and raised in Florida, and attended the University of Central Florida for Healthcare Administration, B.S. and the University of South Florida for Public Administration for her Master’s degree. Tricia has worked in the senior living industry for over a decade and received her licence as a skilled nursing home administrator. “My grandmother lived with us for over 13 years. I would often help her organize her pills which she graciously offered me $.25 a week to do! When we could no longer care for her at home and moved into a nursing home, I was shocked by the smell of the community during my after-school visits. I later learned that a properly run community should not have poor smells and other concerns. This propelled me into pursuing a career I could care for people the same way I expected my grandmother to be cared for.” Tricia is a great proponent for seniors and sits on the board for the Georgia Senior Living Association helping to improve the care for all seniors in the state of Georgia.

Dori Laack

Dori Laack

Community Sales Director

With 20+ years in the hospitality industry, Dori was faced with transitioning her own parents into senior living about 10 years ago.  The personal journey she went through made her realize that senior living was the industry she wanted to be a part of to truly make a difference in someone’s life. Dori is a great listener who loves to make a human connection and connect families to what matters most to them. Prior to joining the team at Arbor Terrace at Crabapple, Dori, her husband Peter, son Aidyn, their coonhound Sunday and their goldfish Luckey resided in the Ocean State of Rhode Island, where she headed up all sales and marketing efforts at another senior living community. Dori not only brings the hospitality side of senior living sales to her role, but also an understanding of meaningful connections and a personality that is warm and friendly.

Ginger Laprise

Ginger Laprise

Community Sales Director

Ginger began her career in estate planning and elder law, where she discovered her passion for working with seniors. That passion evolved and several years ago, an unexpected opportunity presented itself for her to join a senior living community. While gaining experience and helping families navigate the journey of independent living, assisted living and memory care, a position became available within The Arbor Company, and she knew it was the right fit for her. When Ginger is not at the community helping families, she is enjoying time with her three daughters, aged 25, 22 and 18. She also loves to play tennis, travel, and snuggle with her fur baby, Khloe.

Starting as an Engagement Assistant, she discovered a new career that she's now intensely passionate about. In 2014, she moved into the role of Engagement Director, and strives each day to make a deep connection with our residents and enrich their lives. Stephanie believes there is so much we can learn from seniors and so many ways to celebrate their uniqueness. She feels like each resident is a member of her own family and hardly feels like she's ‘working’ at all!

Ciara Jones

Ciara Jones

Dining Director

Born and raised in New York City, Ciara enrolled in culinary school in Georgia in the summer of 2011. She has worked in restaurants and hotels throughout the city, enjoying the late-night thrills of the culinary industry up until my daughter’s arrival. Ciara then began navigating a career through corporate accounts and fulfilling her passion as a chef serving the senior community. She is what her family and friends call ChefMom. Ciara love reading, trail walks and park adventures with her family. Her eight-year-old daughter is of the deaf and hard of hearing community so they have fun speaking and teaching their soon to be seven month old ASL.
