I enjoyed my tour at Arbor Terrace the community and the staff treated me and my daughter extremely well. My brother and I will make a decision by end of next week.
Lisa and Ashley were so generous with their time and gave me a lovely, thorough tour of Arbor Terrace Acworth. They were wonderful about answering all of my questions, and everyone there was very welcoming. It’s a beautiful place, and I’ll be back soon to show my Mom what a great option this could be for her. Upon our first visit, we met Ashley Lutes. She provided us with a brochure that outlined their business plan and how it would accommodate my mother. We were treated to the grand tour. Ashley answered all of our questions and provided sound knowledge when it came to our concerns. She put our hearts at ease knowing the importance of the decision we were about to make. Thank you again, Ashley. I have never dealt with a group of people in a business atmosphere who were so accommodating. They treated us like family. Once my mother arrived at Arbor Terrace, we did not have to introduce her. All of the employees she came in contact with knew her by name and acted as if they had been excitedly awaiting her arrival.
It was evident from the beginning that the Arbor Family were dedicated and passionate about their work.

I recently needed to find an assisted living home for my mom. The staff was friendly and VERY helpful with all the paperwork and move in. The caregivers are very friendly. They have done a great job helping my mom transition from independent living and getting her engaged in her new community
I have thoroughly enjoyed getting to know Lisa, the community sales director. She has provided wonderful guidance and insight of senior living options. She has been patient and kind… just what I needed during the challenging time of finding a new home for my parents. Be sure to ask for Lisa and take a tour of beautiful Arbor Terrace!
