What type of license does your community have?
Assisted living is limited nursing services (LNS) licensed — providing for the basic services of an assisted living community as well as additional nursing services.
Are you considered a continuing care retirement community (CCRC)?
No, The Preserve is not a CCRC.
Is there a minimum/maximum stay for Short Term/Respite?
Yes, there is a minimum of 30 days.
Can I bring my grandkids here to stay for a few days?
Yes! Guests are welcomed, we just ask that they check in and out with our front desk concierge.
Can family members join in on activities?
Yes, we welcome family members to be part of our robust activity schedule.
When was your community built?
How many units are there in your community by neighborhood (Independent Living, Dementia Care, Assisted Living, and so on)?
Do you allow pets?
YES! 25 pounds and under with a one-time $500 deposit due upon admission.
Do I have to move out if I have a higher level of care?
Is smoking allowed?
Allowed in designated areas outside, no smoking allowed in apartments or on apartment patios.
Security: Please describe your security measures (24/7 front desk, gates, locked units, and so on.)

Where/what is the closest hospital?
Is there a minimum age?
No, we do not have an age restriction for residents.
Do you have doctors that come to the community?
We have geriatric primary care physicians who come to the community to see residents weekly and accept all types of insurances. We also have specialists such as dermatologists, podiatrists, audiologists and dentists who come regularly to see residents.
Do you have transportation available for doctor’s appointments?
Yes. We transport our residents to and from doctor’s appointments as well as other errands (bank, pharmacy, grocery, and so on) within a 10-mile radius.
