Executive Director
With an extensive 20-year background in the senior living field, David began his career as a Certified Nursing Assistant before progressing to an Executive Director position. With more than 18 years of leadership experience in this industry, David is known for his vibrant energy and compassion, which he combines with outstanding business, organizational, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills. He has built a reputation for cultivating a positive atmosphere that benefits residents, families, staff, and friends. When not at work, David enjoys the beach, scuba diving, camping, and spending quality time with his family.
Resident Care Director
As a professional with 34 years of experience in the senior living industry, Juli Nunemacher's expertise is unparalleled. Having held roles such as resident care director and executive director, she has honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of the needs of seniors. Working with this demographic is a passion of hers, as she finds great joy in listening to their stories and learning from the wealth of knowledge they possess. In her free time, Juli can be found in her garden planting fresh vegetables, or indulging in her love of crafting.

Engagement Director
Christie has two decades of experience in the senior living industry. Prior to joining Barrington Terrace of Naples as Engagement Director, Christie worked as an Admissions Director and Activities Director, both in skilled nursing. She enjoys working with seniors and strives to make a difference in their lives through engaging activities. When Christie is not working, she is busy being a Scout mom and going on adventures such as hiking, kayaking, fishing, and camping.

Dining Director
Joined in 2017
Ernesto has over 20 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, and healthcare dining. He has worked in upscale communities as an executive chef and food and beverage manager prior to joining Barrington Terrace Naples. He is passionate about food and serving well-balanced and delicious meals to seniors. He enjoys taking his time to listen to food requests and suggestions. His hobbies include kayaking and miniature sailboating.

With a wealth of knowledge and professionalism, Tony boasts an impressive 20 years of experience in the maintenance field. He is particularly fond of sharing his talents and applying his skills in the senior living industry. In addition to enjoying the time he spends with residents and helping keep their homes safe, Tony is a proud dad of 3 daughters and loves to spend quality time with his family.

Laura has had the pleasure of serving seniors in the Naples community for several years. It is her honor to have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents. When Laura is not helping families navigate the financial advantages of senior living, she loves spending time with her family.
