To be included in this list shows that the majority of Arbor Company employees feel their work is meaningful, and makes them feel appreciated, and feel supported in their work environment. U.S. News & World Report analyzed data from over 400,000 memory care residents and family members to determine the best communities across the country. Communities were evaluated on their safety, care, management, staff, and services and amenities. Being included on this list recognizes The Arbor at Delray for its exceptional care and support to residents and their loved ones.

The staff was very helpful in the tour. The amenities were very nice with many social activities and lectures.. The apartments were very nice and well laid out.. It looked like a very comfortable place to live.

My father has been living in independent living at The Arbor since it opened and the place is exceptional. We visited and considered many independent living facilities in the area and are very glad we chose The Arbor. The staff, lead by Executive Director Eric Francese, is outstanding. They are all very caring, responsive, welcoming and really foster a sense of community. Residents are lovely and look out for each other. The apartments have every amenity and are modern, clean, beautiful and can be made to feel very homey. Location is fantastic. They offer assisted living and memory care in the same location if needed. Security is great and they even offer valet parking. I want to call out Eric’s responsiveness (literally responds to emails within minutes and works hard at any suggested improvements). Julie on the front desk is the best. Susan who runs health and fitness is great and does whatever is required (I’ve seen her bartending and making smoothies for residents on occasion!). Jennie in sales went above and beyond to answer our many, many questions before we made our decision. No place is perfect but The Arbor is just an all around great place to be and we highly recommend it!
