Executive Director
Mary has extensive experience as an administrator, with a career spanning more than 25 years. She holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Adelphi University in New York. Her favorite part of her job is resident engagement—she loves learning from our residents and hearing their amazing life stories and experiences. Outside of work, Mary loves spending time at the beach, practicing yoga, and kayaking.
Community Sales Director
Nandy has more than a decade of experience in senior living, beginning with time spent volunteering at a community where her mother led activities. Soon after, she officially started her career in senior living as a receptionist, working her way up from med-tech into Human Resources and now to Community Sales Director. A Florida native, Nandy enjoys making a difference in the lives of those she serves each and every day. In her free time, Nandy enjoys trying new restaurants and traveling.
Community Sales Director
Musi has an extensive background in sales, including three years as a Sales Coordinator at Arbor Terrace Cooper City. She enjoys working with seniors because she feels she can learn a lot from them and loves to listen to their fascinating stories. Living near Cooper City, Musi boasts, “Cooper City is a beautiful, small city. Our community, Arbor Terrace Cooper City, is truly a hidden gem in Broward County.” Musi is family-oriented and when not working, enjoys traveling, cooking at home, and watching foreign films and documentaries.
Resident Care Director
Jamie’s career in senior care began when she was a teenager, leading her to become a Certified Nursing Assistant before obtaining her Nursing Degree. She has been working in the senior care field for a total of 24 years, and believes it is a privilege to care for and to be a part of each resident’s life. In her free time, Jamie enjoys hanging with her family at the beach, four wheeling, and traveling to new destinations.
Business Office Director
Born in Ecuador, Sandra studied accounting prior to moving to Miami in 1997. Sandra’s 15 years of experience in business office management, paired with her communication and leadership skills make her an asset to the Arbor Terrace Cooper City team. She loves working with seniors because they teach her compassion, patience, and gratitude every day. When not working, Sandra enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors, especially with her dog.
