Independent cottages feature two bedrooms and two baths as well as beautiful kitchens, and an open concept floor plan that makes entertaining easy. You’ll love your spacious cottage, and you’ll still feel like you are a part of The Lakeside family.

Enjoy maintenance-free living in a spacious and lovely private home, equipped with a 2 car garage, open floor plan, and upscale appliances. The Preserve residents also enjoy easy access to amenities at The Lakeside, including access to the pool, dock, and lake.

Independent living apartment and cottages residents enjoy two daily meals in our dining room: breakfast and dinner. Additional meals may be purchased separately.
