We are delighted to announce Ronda Duckworth has joined The Arbor Company as vice president of operations. In her new role, she will be responsible for providing operational support and oversight to Arbor’s communities and teams in Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
Ronda has 23 years of experience in senior living, and comes to The Arbor Company from Commonwealth Senior Living, where she served as regional vice president.
Ronda has one daughter and four rescue animals who are invaluable members of the family. She enjoys gardening and hopes to have a small flower farm someday. She also loves spending time with her daughter and animals, and cooking in her free time.
