We are excited to share that The Arbor Company has been selected as one of Fortune’s 25 Best Large Workplaces in Aging Services: Senior Housing and Care. This is the second workplace distinction we’ve received this year, having also earned a Great Place to Work Certification for 2020-2021.
To determine who made the list, independent research and consulting firm Great Place to Work analyzed anonymous survey feedback from 220,000+ individuals working in the elder care industry in the United States. More than 3,000 employees from The Arbor Company responded, indicating that their experience at work has consistently made them feel appreciated and valued. Rankings are based on employees’ experiences no matter who they are or what type of role they play within the company.
